Our Mission

Carolina Milal is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by supporting their families and educating the broader community.

AGAPE CLASS

The AGAPE CLASS is a specialized program designed for individuals with developmental disabilities—including autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other needs. Each lesson and activity is thoughtfully adapted to meet the unique abilities and goals of every participant.

We partner closely with families to determine the most appropriate support for each child. Every student is paired with a dedicated one-on-one Buddy, ensuring personalized care and meaningful inclusion in all aspects of the program.

Throughout the day, a variety of programs and activities—such as music, martial arts, life skills, and arts & crafts—are offered to help participants develop their talents and explore their interests.

EVERYTHING IS FREE

Lunch, snacks, drinks, a t-shirt, class materials, & registration.

Loving care is provided by experienced volunteers and members who have completed our training program.

We support the immigrant and refugee community in Charlotte, NC by providing an after-school program and through community-based initiatives.
